Mr. Kamalakannan K is currently working as a Junior Research Fellow in Audiology at the All India Institute of Speech and Hearing (AIISH) in Mysore, India, where he is pursuing his doctoral degree. He completed his master’s in audiology from AIISH, Mysore. He has authored and co-authored scientific articles in well-regarded national and international peer-reviewed journals. His research interests focus on misophonia, hyperacusis, and tinnitus, with a particular passion for exploring misophonia from an audiological perspective to gain a deeper understanding of the disorder.
