Misophonia Peer Support Groups

Peer-led misophonia support meetings at no charge. For you.

We have created the first comprehensive peer support program for misophonia in the world.

These peer groups provide support for people affected by misophonia. Meetings are led by trained Peer Guides who have not only have lived experience with misophonia but have completed our proprietary Guide course.

Misophonia Peer Support Meetings are:

• Free of charge; donations welcome.
• Virtual; attend from anywhere!
• Small groups
• Facilitated by trained Peer Guides who have lived experience with misophonia.

Misophonia can be an isolating disorder, but together we are strong.

Current Weekly Meetings:

• Saturday at 11am CST • Adults with Misophonia
• Sunday at 7pm CST • Teens with Misophonia Group
• Monday at 6:30pm CST • LGBTQ+ Adults with Misophonia
• Wednesday at 7pm CST • Parents of People with Misophonia
• Thursday at 8pm CST • Adults with Misophonia

More launching soon!

Interested in being a soQuiet Misophonia Peer Guide?

Want to help others or even start your own peer support group?

Coping with misophonia can feel lonely and we can lose hope. Nobody else understands. It’s tough to describe what exactly it’s like and how it impacts everything we do, every day.

You have a unique story of your own to share. Your story—your experiences, what you struggled with and how you overcame obstacles—can be the thing that changes another person’s life and gives them hope.

soQuiet can provide you with the tools and training to be a Misophonia Peer Guide.
